Doug Meschko is the Market Research Director for Land Solutions and the expert behind Market Trends reports. Doug is a resident of Naples and is a licensed broker with 10 years of real estate experience ranging from consulting to sales and leasing. His most recent experience came as a Market Analyst for Metrostudy of South Florida, where he commissioned marketing reports, feasibility studies, and acquisition / disposition consulting reports for local and national builders, venture groups and lending institutions.
