Building & Zoning Oversight Committee (BZOC)

Building & Zoning Oversight Committee (BZOC) is responsible for the oversight of the Building & Zoning Enterprise Fund to assure that the department is well funded to meet the demand of permitting, inspections and plan review. The committee members are by appointment, but all industry professionals are welcomed to attend.
